The rehabilitation project of República 37 - a building with 27 apartments and 4 stores located in the middle of Av. Da República, emblematic artery of Lisbon - was designed by the architect Frederico Valsassina.

The project consists of a building of classical architecture, and a new building, with minimalist features. The classic building maintains the traditional architectural style and is equipped with modern, high-quality interiors, combining historic charm with the most advanced construction standards. The project also includes 5 underground parking floors.

República 37 presents a refined urban rehabilitation trait that merges its modern characteristics with the surrounding traditional buildings in a perfect combination of classic and contemporary.

República 37 was distinguished in 2018 with the following prizes:
