Tapada do Tejo (in licensing process) covers a total area of about 14 hectares and has a planned construction area of about 120,000 m2. The plot is located in Alcantara in the center of Lisbon, between the Tagus River scenic area and the Monsanto Forest Park, known as “the lungs of Lisbon city”, overlooking the Tagus River. The surrounding transportation is convenient, close to the “25 de abril” Bridge and the A5 highway. There are many transportation lines such as railways and buses. It takes only 15 minutes to drive to Lisbon International Airport.
