Located in the center of Lisbon, in Praça do Rossio, the building previously occupied by Café Chave D´Ouro and Banco Nacional Ultramarino is now vacant. The project under development consists of converting office use to residential use.   

Designed by the architect Frederico Valsassina, the project aims to create 22 apartments distributed by types T0, T1 and T2, preserving the existing elements with historical and architectural value, and eliminating the dissonant elements of the original model, in accordance with the plan of Detail and Safeguard of Baixa Pombalina.
