Milpitas Landmark Tower

Landmark Tower is a joint venture development project led by BDK Capital. It is located in the City of Milpitas, in the heart of Silicon Valley. Slated to open in 2018, the iconic project is entitled to construct an 22-story mixed-use tower with up to 760,000 square feet of common area and residential condominium units.
Landmark Tower is surrounded by important developments including Cisco Headquarters, Pacific Mall, Wal-Mart, McCarthy Ranch, and 99 Ranch Market. The newly completed Levis Stadium, host of Super Bowl 50, is just four miles away.
