Rehabilitation of the building built in the 1920s, located on Rua Duque de Palmela, two steps from Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade, the most emblematic in the city. 

The work consisted on the demolition of the interior while maintaining the relevant architectural elements, including the main facade, the fountain in the street and the entrance hall of the building (dismantled and reconstructed).

The project offers 13 apartments with architectural design and signature of the Saraiva + Associados atelier. The modern apartments, with areas between 104 and 304 square meters, are distributed by typologies between T2 and T5 duplex. The project includes parking distributed over 3 floors below the ground.
