EMGI is located in the heart of Lapa, in Lisbon, surrounded by emblematic buildings that mark the city's residential architecture. The historic palace where EMGI has its headquarters was built in the late 19th century, and is a building of undeniable architectural interest. Originally designed as a residence, the Palace was transformed, in the late 90s, into an office space for the Portuguese Environment Agency, including a conference room with room for 70 people. At the time of acquisition, EMGI carried out a complete rehabilitation of this property, aiming at the wide preservation of this extraordinary heritage, which includes excellent murals and interior decorations.
